In connection with sign-ups for activities, we typically use a link to an online survey format in Qualtrics, though without Qualtrics being able to access your data.

In connection with activities, we typically take photos and make video records, as well as execute small interviews and observations with the purpose of being able to learn from and tell stories about our activities to create awareness, curiosity, and interest. Information and consent forms will always be shared with you before, in accordance with current legislation.

The purpose for us of collecting and processing personal data is as following:

  • Distribution of newsletters
  • Distribution of invitations to activities
  • Statistics about user navigations on the website
  • Further non-commercial communication, such as distribution of press releases

Please note, use of your personal data for distribution of our communication will only take place, if you prior to this have provided your informed consent, unless legislation allows us to contact you without your prior consent.

Photos and/or video records from our activities may be shared at our website and/or social media, only for the purposes as mentioned cf. point 2.

CoC Playful Minds A/S collects statistics about, how our website is used, as for instance which parts are visited. Such data does not include personal data but rather a not personal specific overview about users’ navigation. We are not able to see where you come from or where you are going on the Internet. We use the data to improve or website. We do not disclose data about our users’ navigation on our website.

Personal data will not be further distributed to any third party without your prior informed consent. Under specific circumstances and in compliance with legislation, it might be necessary to distribute personal data to public authorities or the police. For example, personal data might be distributed to the police in case of suspicion of credit card fraud.

When we share photos and/or video records on our social media, the current terms of the relevant social media apply.
